Work process

From enquiry to delivery in four clear steps

A practical workflow for steel furniture, storage racks and fabrication orders. Each stage is planned to keep size, finish, usage and delivery requirements clear before production starts.

Quick overview

1. Requirement

Product type, size, quantity and usage are collected first.

2. Planning

Measurements, material strength and finish are confirmed.

3. Fabrication

Cutting, welding, finishing and quality checks are completed.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered and installed as required.

Step by step

How the order moves

Requirement discussion

Share what you need: wardrobe, rack, table, cupboard, locker or custom fabrication. The team notes size, quantity, location and how the product will be used.

Measurement and planning

For custom work, dimensions and layout are checked. Material gauge, shelving, door type, locks, color and finish are suggested based on daily use.

Fabrication and finishing

The product is cut, welded, assembled and finished in the workshop. Strength, alignment and usable storage layout are checked before dispatch.

Delivery and support

Finished products are packed, transported and installed where needed. Repair, modification and refinishing support can also be handled later.
